About OnlineFactory

OnlineFactory was founded in 2013 by Peter Eriksson and Kristina Mero. OnlineFactory's vision is to help Swedish e-commerce businesses with outsourcing services in customer service, influencer marketing, and content management.

Peter himself has extensive  experience in e-commerece and became a third partner at Nelly.com as early as 2003. Nelly.com is one of the leading fashion e-retailers in the Nordic market.

To date, they have trained over 9 million people.
