Our founder, Peter Eriksson, has a background in the nonprofit sector prior to embarking on his business career. When OnlineFactory.se was launched, it was a given that we would deeply integrate CSR into our operations. From a Swedish and international perspective, the disparities in the Philippines are incredibly vast.
We want to do our part to try to reduce these gaps and work together to create a better world. We cannot improve the lives of everyone, but it is a victory for every person who can achieve a better life through our various initiatives. With our company, we do not want to focus solely on profit but also take broad responsibility for developing the society in which we live and operate.

Our staff is our most valuable asset. We truly care for our employees as if they were family members, and we work hard to create a work environment with low staff turnover.
Over the past few years, we have steadily improved our employer rating from 4.4 to 4.8 (on a scale of 1–5). That’s a great score, and it’s trending in the right direction. In a recent eNPS survey, we achieved a fantastic 100%. This means that all of our employees would recommend us as an employer to a friend.
