Our founder, Peter Eriksson, has a background in the nonprofit sector prior to embarking on his business career. When OnlineFactory.se was launched, it was a given that we would deeply integrate CSR into our operations. From a Swedish and international perspective, the disparities in the Philippines are incredibly vast.

We want to do our part to try to reduce these gaps and work together to create a better world. Over the past few years, we have steadily improved our employer rating from 4.4 to 4.8 (on a scale of 1–5). That’s a great score, and it’s trending in the right direction. In a recent eNPS survey, we achieved a fantastic 100%. This means that all of our employees would recommend us as an employer to a friend.
